Saturday Morning Throwbacks
Gotta bring is back to the childhood real quick. Anyone remember these two cartoons:
Blue Falcon and Dynomutt, Dog Wonder

and Hong Kong Phooey?

These both originally came out in the 1970′s, but since I wasn’t around back then, I caught the reruns in the 80′s. Hanna-Barbera made some classic cartoons! Can’t forget Looney Toons either! I’m not up on the cartoons that kids watch these days cause I don’t have any young kids, but I’d be hard pressed to think that today’s toons are as wholesome as these. I remember just sitting there laughing at these goofy cartoon superheroes. Nothing too violent, just made for laughs. I mean, the hardest cartoons out when I was growing up were GI Joe and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I bet kids these days would laugh at those shows. But I guess I’m finally starting to sound like my parents when I say, those were the good ol’days. Quick trip down memory lane.
I’m out. Later.
